This is a case study of the improvement work in the Monzen area of National Route 2 in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.
We will introduce a construction case study of the artificial lightweight material "Super Sol," made from crushed and sintered waste glass. Improvement work on National Route 2. Super Sol, which can reduce weight, was used as the infill material for the U-shaped retaining wall. Lightweight materials were considered to reduce the load on the underground passage and waterway crossing under the national road.
